3D Reflective Stickers
We manufacture 3D Reflective Stickers with high visibility and durability. Set the fusing machine to 180°C and 4-5 bar pressure.
Place the sticker on the fabric with the protection film still on, using a soft cloth for cushioning. Fuse the sticker from the front for 5 seconds.
Then, turn the fabric inside out and fuse for an additional 10 seconds on the reverse side. Repeat the process and let it cool for 5 seconds.
Peel off the protection film gently. This ensures our 3D Reflective Stickers stick well and remain visible.
Metallic Emblems

Neon Labels
We manufacture Neon Labels using a precise fusing process to ensure top-quality adhesion and durability. To start, set the fusing machine to 180°C and adjust the pressure to 4-5 bar. Place the Neon Label with its protective film on the fabric, positioning it correctly on the garment.
Cover the label with a soft cloth for cushioning. Fuse the label from the front side for 5 seconds, then lift the handle to stop. Turn the apparel inside out while keeping the protective film in place, cover it again with the soft cloth, and fuse the reverse side for an additional 10 seconds.
Allow the apparel to cool for 5 seconds. Finally, gently peel off the protective film using either the cold or hot peel method. This process ensures our Neon Labels are securely fused and ready for use.
Note that while this procedure works well for most fabrics, porous materials may require shorter fusing times and can often be effectively fused from one side in under 10 seconds
CMYK Labels
we manufacture CMYK labels using the Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Key (Black) color model, essential for achieving vibrant and accurate colors in printing.
Our labels undergo a precise fusing process to ensure durability and high-quality performance. We set the fusing machine to 180°C with 4-5 bar pressure, place the label with its protection film on the fabric, and use a soft cloth for cushioning. After fusing for 5 seconds from the front and 10 seconds from the reverse side, we repeat the process to ensure optimal adhesion. The protection film is then gently removed using a cold or hot peel method. This meticulous process ensures that our CMYK labels maintain their color integrity and adhesion, making them ideal for diverse applications requiring reliable and vibrant color performance.
Neon Labels
We produce Sports Labels designed to be tough and long-lasting. Set your fusing machine to 180°C and 4-5 bar pressure. Place the label on the fabric with the protection film and use a soft cloth on top. Fuse from the front for 5 seconds, then turn the fabric inside out and fuse for 10 seconds on the reverse side. Repeat the process and cool for 5 seconds. Gently peel off the protection film. This ensures our Sports Labels adhere well and withstand active use.
Multi-Colored Labels
Our Multi-Colored Labels are vibrant and durable. Set the fusing machine to 180°C and 4-5 bar pressure. Put the label on the fabric with the protection film and cover it with a soft cloth.
Fuse from the front for 5 seconds, then flip the fabric and fuse for 10 seconds on the back. Repeat the fusing and let it cool for 5 seconds. Remove the protection film carefully. This process makes sure our Multi-Colored Labels have bright colors and stick firmly.
